Ingredients: 12 ounces semisweet or bittersweet chocolate 8 large strawberries 3 ounces white chocolate (optional to decorate)
Instructions: Rinse and dry strawberries. Do not remove leaves (it helps later for decoration and preparation). Melt semisweet chocolate in a double boiler. Once melted, dip strawberries, one by one. Put in the fridge long enough until chocolate hardens. Serve at room temperature. Melt white chocolate (if you wish to decorate strawberries); using a baker’s sleeve, decorate them with your own designs.

Memories & Stories
Imperial Sugar Company, My mother saved Imperial Sugar logos to obtain “My First Cookbook” for me. I remember receiving it in the mail and being so proud the cookbook was just mine. I also remember fondly using it in the late 1960s; my favorite recipe being “Roly-Poly Cookies.” It was indeed my very first cookbook and now a cherished keepsake from my mother and from my childhood. “My First Cookbook” began the “cook”. Thank you for your offer.
